So I played the SandLand demo and it's...interesting? (Demo Review) 

So... Yeah I feel ya the Demo they released wasn't strong. I get they wanted ya to look around a piece of the map. I agree there was no connection to party members and they barely help. unless you call them in. Also, the talking kinda got repetitive saying the same stuff over and over and too much of it, I wish we at least got to visit a town. see some story of some sort ect etc. But it was just driving around, looking around, and fighting. I do know there is a town we build up and more stuff. I just felt kinda blah to it, like i had no incentive to really do anything

I'm REALLY excited for this game! I've watched every DEV video multiple times. I certainly get where you're coming from though. I'm already familiar with the characters and setting so I was cool with how the demo was set up. Still, I'll reserve all judgements until we have the final product to discuss.

I played the demo for it as well and I thought it was just ok still have interest in the game I hope it can tell a good story what we got was no real preview of that to make us excited so we will see.

Definitely wanna check this demo out myself, it seems like the kind of game that would accompany a more story heavy game that you can swap to and just play in short bursts. That's the vibe it gave me. Good for some but I can definitely see that this game wouldn't appeal to most who are wanting a super deep experience.

I feel the game has to be better, the demo just isnt a good idea for a demo overall. They should let us play from beginning of story like a lot of game demos do and carry save over edit: just realized youre someone i see on twitter often lol. The english dub also awkward, the japanese much better and not a dub snob

Something about this game gives me "biomutant" vibes. Dunno if you remember that one.....but it looked good in trailers for the most part and in brief playtime, but then it turned out to be a big turd. I hope I am super wrong about that vibe with this one, because I do want to try it.

To me it looks like an open world Metal Saga and I didn't really enjoy it. They should have did what Cygames did, release a demo with like the intro mission then have a separate open world mode in this case. When Bandai-Namco said they'd have better quality control, I guess they meant after this game. 😂

I found a few ruins but kept running into I needed a mech that can jump high and couldn’t find it anyone know where to find it? I honestly don’t think it’s in the demo, I guess I the demos purpose was just to let us get some combat in and feel of the world.

Aw was hoping this game would be more of my speed but it’s not my kinda game. Looks great though.

I tested it and the demo was quiet boring. No idea if I would buy it. Maybe later on if it’s cheaper.
