The loco appears to be a 4-6-0 of LBSC design called "S15". Drawings and build series were around during the war period, although the boiler appears to be freelance (the drawings suggesting a Maunsell tapered boiler). It runs fine on air, needing the boiler/fittings, completion of the lubricator and reverser (although one is supplied) and a MASSIVE CLEAN UP!
