Pretty good start! I've been using SFM for around a year now, I recommend watching the official valve tutorials on how to use SFM as well as a series of RU-vid videos called 'SFM tip of the day'.

I think you're doing really well for a start! I recently also started using S2FM and I understand the struggle of some things. Valve has their own tutorials to use SFM that really helped me out when I started. There's also generally very good tutorials all over RU-vid and Google and Reddit and etc. Good luck on your journey!
