I took a long time finishing each bbs character but twisted hours is honestly one of the easiest in a normal playthrough (plus if i remember how it works it was mu favorite finish command) Thinking about it tho I dont think I ever got random end on terra because I didnt really get how finish commands worked and at that point I didnt wanna grind it so I get the annoyance there
If you don’t know how to grind the finish commands than you may not get most of them until the end of the game. Doesn’t help that they don’t tell you the requirements and then you reap the rewards.
The Ice Cream Beat footage when you said you still needed to beat "arguably one of the hardest bosses in all of Kingdom Hearts, and also Mysterious Figure" got me lol.
And the madman actually did it, I remember trying to do the same on the PSP but only completing Ventus, too many tedious stuff to repeat for the other two, but congrats on getting out this monster, you did a great job with it :3
As someone else who has done this hellish task despite it being my favorite KH game…I would never wish this on someone else’s soul you are the true mvp for recording it!
I’ve literally just done this (in the midst of platinuming every KH game currently on Kh3) and it was definitely the biggest time sink out of Kh1, 2 and DDD - so much to do and doing it 3 times and the critical run after it took so long all together. Will never forgive SE for making the report trophies bronze when they take SO many hours each :c
That’s so funny cuz I just decided to platinum every KH game, I did KH1 first and I just got BBS plat yesterday. I decided to do everything on critical mode to have one play through each character. It was a pain having to beat MF on every character, especially Terra. I definitely rage quit. Finally beat him with each character over a few days. Definitely gonna 100% KH2 on beginner first rather than do everything on crit cuz I am NOT looking forward to those Org XIII data fights lmao. I’m just glad I can move on from the tediousness of BBS to the objectively way funner KH2. (Still should Probly do CoM next cuz I wanted to play them mostly in order)
@@BlackWolf207 I think the Kh2 plat is fun so good luck! The critical mode trophy isn’t too bad either! Chain of memories is OK it’s a grind though especially getting riku to max level it takes HOURS but Ninten has a great video where he showed how to get certain cards to drop guranteed and it was a lifesaver cause the enemy card RNG is so not nice haha.

Mad respect to you for achieving it so fast! I got my platinum in just over 90ish hours because I played on critical for all 3 heros. This was my favorite Kingdom Hearts game to platinum!
@baldigang7034 I did platinum Chain of Memories. The main game isn't that bad, even on critical. The real grind is leveling up both characters to 99. I was in the last world just spawning as many enemies as I could. So, that took a lot of time. It's been a while since I platinumed the game, but I think I did it in less than 50 hours
Thank you so much for this video! I took a break from BBS because of the crazy endgame trophies. (and Ice cream Beat) I was afraid of beating the Secrets Bosses and critical mode for the longest time. But watching you through this video and your recent marathon platinum of the games inspired me and motivated me to keep going. I managed to finish the critical playthrough I was avoiding and actually found myself appreciating the game even more. I just beat the Mysterious Figure as Terra and finished his trophy run. I owe a lot of my inspiration to finish this plat from you. True I still need to finish fighting him as Ven and Aqua but I know they will be easier. I'm forever grateful for your videos showing you do it. All of your playthroughs are just fantastic to watch and your positivity towards the games, and skill are so inspiring. I'm following you now I can't wait to see more in the future. Thank you again for everything!
I platinum’d this game a couple years back and while i had fun for the most part, terras superbosses were brutal ! Also the board games made me question my life after hours and hours of rng bullshit lol . Cool vid tho bro bbs is by far the hardest kh to plat imo
This! Having to deal with Unknown’s doom ability on 3 different occasions broke me especially with Terra. So worth the platinum though would easily do it again over DDD plat.
@@bigshotkezzy9417 yeah between the bosses not being able to be staggered and properly combo’d and the lack of i frames with terras dodge made for many painful hours of trial and error 😅 even with ven an aquas i frames, MF and vanitas lingering will were still very difficult but terra ! Terra was next level bs in crit mode lol wish i knew of the level 1 damage boost at the time as it would of been easier than a normal crit run .
Honestly in my experience the only command board where you're really likely to get screwed out of a win because of bad RNG is the Neverland board. Peter Pan is OP as fuck.
Not gonna lie, I love the command boards. I'm also a big fan of actual board games so. Biased. But a lot of times when I replay bbs, I lose myself in the command boards for a bit
the rubberband trick does work you just need the right angles of the sticks and to have them fully pull to that angle other wise it just wont register your holding it thats how i leveled up them to 99 over the span of a few days after saving and resting the console so it doesnt overheat
Platinuming kingdom hearts in general is difficult I’ve only platniumed dream drop distance but the fact you platniumed this full on straight through is crazy definitely a huge achievement
I would love to get the Plat for every Kingdom Hearts game. I have the Plats for 1, 2, and Re:Com (just got the Plat today). BBS definitely worries me the most in terms of difficulty (superbosses) and mini games (mainly Ice Cream beat because I am not good at rhythm games. Wish me luck if I ever go for the BBS Plat!
I just finished the secret episode for this game and I unlocked it on standard difficulty so seeing this makes me go “yeah no. Not doing this” I mean I’ve already gotten all the story stuff I needed and I’ve already spent multiple hours of my life farming 9999 unversed kills and I’m done. Finally lol. No more of this game for me
I'm legit stuck on No Heart with Terra. I'm like in the 60s and he just blasts my ass open. Young Xehanort was easier for me then No Heart. Made me give up on platinum right then and there.
Just equip the strongest strength key blade and spam the shot lock Lightning ray (which u can get from the deep space command board). Seriously Lightning ray is so OP it’s not even funny. How I beat him with all 3 characters, although I only had trouble with Aqua for some reason.
the ice cream mini game has plagued me for years. it's the only thing I have left to do, to get the high scores and my lack of rythm has made it impossible. Only kh game I haven't platinumed. Somehow melody of memories was possible for me but not that damn ice cream game.
I used to watch one russian yourber some time ago and he wanted to do kh bbs plat but he god stuck on the final special boss on terra and got locked on platinum trophy. That make him do a series of hard bastards with his friends on RU-vid space and dedicated a video on that. Unfortunately the guy never could get the platinum cuz on November of 2020 he contracted covid and by December he got over 75% of lungs burned. And unfortunately he passed away on first half of January of 2021.
@@KyRex1783 Golden Saucer from FF7? Triple Triad from FF8? Blitzball from FF10? Fishing and other minigames from FF15? What are you talking about? Square is actually famous for having great minigames. Some people actually like their minigames more than they like their games themselves. Just because the KH teams did not make a minigame which satisfied you doesn't mean you get to say such things about Square as a whole.
If you very very very slightly push the left joystick forward, and move the camera, your character will do a studder step that gives you a bunch of steps quickly
Haven't watched yet, but I've got the plat in every Kingdom Hearts game (except 3, I really need to get around to it) and BBS was by far the WORST one to get. Just completely dreadful doing all that tedious stuff for completion and then having to do it all over again TWICE MORE.
The document that you were using from Desa, is that something you're able to share? I'm regaining my resolve to finish up all the KH plats and BBS is next on my list.
Fruitball is not impossible on xbox, I got all achievements on BBS, it is just a massive pain in the ass. The thing that makes it bad is that the spike then shoot trick doesn't work on xbox because for some reason instead of sending the fruit towards the goal it sends it straight to the center of the field.
One thing I would agree that if the organization wasn't organization 13 but organization 30 kh Re:COM, 2, DDD, and 3 would be way too long to destroy 30 nobodies

Hello, if I got this right you equip exp zero right at the start and stay at level 1 for the entire playthrough? How viable is this for a new player (though I cleared KH1.5 on proud easily).
