So I Watched Noel Miller's Comedy Special. 

Legendary. The best content creator out there

Long time viewer of Noel and Cody, I've always thought Noel was way more of a naturally funny guy. In any case, I had never watched Noel do standup so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but it got some laughs out of me. I would overall describe it as "alright". My main issues with it was it felt a bit awkward, and the pauses didn't work for me either. To me standup is like 80% about the comic's sense of timing and delivery and Noel's didn't scratch that itch for me. But if ya liked it that's totally cool, obvious thing to say but comedy's subjective.

I just want it to be known that noels been performing stand up long before he met cody. Im not gonna say you havent done your research but your making it out that noels never done stand up before :)

I absolutely love Noel but this special just wasn’t for me. I’ve watched quite a few specials and this one was definitely the most amateur and awkward. Comedy is obviously subjective and it just wasn’t my kind of show.

Been watching tmg a long time, they have 100% become a comfort thing for me and while I disagree with some of these points, I do think the special could have been a lot better. Some of the awkward moments def went on too long and were off-putting. one or two silent pauses I feel would have been passable but it happened too many times and like you pointed out, the living room computer bit went on way too long. all that being said, love the dude and am still excited to see what he will do in the future.

The structure of your script is a little confusing. You open by saying you didn’t like it, but then every example you bring up you say you think they worked well. This is especially confusing since your captions seem to be mocking the bits, but everything you’re saying is positive… You also conclude by criticising Noel’s audience for being an echo chamber, since it is made up of his fans (obviously), and that this will prevent him from ever improving - but you never actually make your point on what specifically he needs to improve. You even suggest yourself that you came to understand and appreciate his edgy humour better thanks to his vulnerability about his experiences with abuse. But you don’t alter your thesis to accomodate the way your supporting points have developed… Just some constructive feedback from an English teacher.

Comedians definitely laugh on stage, lol. It’s not a sign of a bad comedian to also laugh at a joke, it’s all about having a good time and entertaining your crowd.

you said abosulity nothing this video would make more sense if you were a comedian but your not you watched a comedy special then gave a take that a teenager with no comedy experience would have and 0 research put into 1 google search would tell you he started his comedy career before that's cringe took off he was and aspiring comdeian turned youtube not the other way around you have camera equipment and are a little charisma i would recommend a different style of video then reviewing comedy with zero research and no experience in comedy
