I’m a retired city cop and sometimes need to talk w/city HR to work out an issue. The problem is everyone is working from home & they NEVER return phone messages or respond to emails. Makes me wonder who is running things.

Scores of local and state government offices DO NOT ALLOW the public to come into their offices anymore. Our local Parks and Recreation Dept does not allow anyone to enter, nor have any counter help at all. Email, online, telephone if your lucky... Government has gone underground and is operating as a secret organization.
