I would love to be barred from receiving $2 and $3 orders. For the first time in a while, I turned the apps off and went home today. Market must be saturated again. DD was sending me $2 offers for 9 miles, and UE was even worse. Nice taking a Saturday off for a change.
Great video. Doesn't matter if I am GIG apping or just everyday out and about I record. Care less what anyone says about it. Record in all public places I go. Including Starbucks.
The other dashers in your area should follow suit with the Starbucks ban request. Maybe they’ll wake up and realize their p/u policy is ridiculous. Hmmmmmm on your Spark drops. Mine are still dropping at :35. 🤷🏻♀️ Keep us posted…
Where I live there are a bunch of large manufacturing warehouses. The instructions are always leave at my door, but they always meet me at the front of the building.
On those Hand to Me/ Leave at door, do this. Text them a picture via chat, so you have proof of delivery, and they cannot say you didn't hand it to them. Some will try to scam DD and drivers with conflicting drop off instructions.
Oh and I make customer hold order if they come out. Don't get them in photo, but tell them you cannot complete your dash without a pic. Haven't had customer complain yet, and covers my azz
@@vikings7683 This is true, I've even had people hold the food out for me to get a pic or occasionally they will pose with their bag lol that always makes for a good laugh. Also never had someone complain about it, they're very understanding.
Unless you know the customer and you delivered to them before when they say HAND to me but then instructions says leave at the door always take a picture for evidence
Couldn't agree with this more! I had a customer the other day put 'hand it to me' and then typed out "leave at my door, i'll know when you are here, i'm busy" except for the fact that... IT REQUIRED HIS SIGNATURE LOL! I got a real kick out of him being all frustrated when I called him and explained it to him then he came to the door but I refused to hand over the food until he had signed for it. All I could think of was: this man has tried to scam the system before but it's not happening with me. I even took a picture of the food one step down from him with his feet in the picture just to let him know I wasn't gonna be trifled with. Then I handed him the food with a smile and told him to have a wonderful day. I'm surprised he didn't leave me a bad review lol not that I would have cared.
Didn’t get a single DD order yesterday (well… one, $5 to go 9.7 miles out of town) and I woke up with 98 deliveries and back to Gold status. The games DD play with us is making me crazy.
i just try to keep 50+ acceptance rate ive noticed in my market dash now isnt worth it cus if it isnt busy u shouldnt be doing it but its almost always busy enough to dash when u want

@@user-wx9ie8gg4l The one in my town the order will be ready but they won't come and give it to you. They will complete more than one in store customer's order before giving you the Dash order. They aren't rude they just aren't helpful.
It's not uncommon for seasoned dashers to request it from restaurants that regularly get bad orders. As far as I know DD doesn't really care unless the restaurant gives a negative reason as to why they barred a dasher from their restaurant.
Paint. Lots and lots of paint. Never had to pick up lumber. You'll get some heavy things once in a while but it's usually small things. You can only see what you're picking up after you accept the order. If it's lumber or something you can't fit in your vehicle, just unassign and put why.
Starbucks is a mess. It was meant to be a chill spot to sit and drink overpriced coffee but instead it’s people impatiently standing around waiting on their order. Plus you have to be assertive in letting them know you have an order to pick up.
My ar went from 91-77 in one week because of Starbucks and McDonald’s. Was doing good but ended after three hours. Killer headache. But I got my 5 dd in today. And got my ar at 79.
It's crazy to think that they can take forever to pour a cup of coffee and grab a bagel from a microwave. Especially when they usually have 5+ people behind the counter.
Starbucks sucks especially in my area . They never acknowledge you and when they do your waiting for 10-15 minutes..I Think they do doordash orders last. That's why I dash in another area that doesn;t have starbucks!
Request it from their manager. Ask politely and make up a reason. They should have no problem with it especially considering they also deliver themselves.
It’s crazy watching the death of Doordash nationwide on all these RU-vid channels. I thought I was trippin the first few weeks but it has just nosedived in the last 8 months. RIP DoorTrash
I love your videos, but $54 and I am good, is because you have so many subscribers. I appreciate that you have hit this point, but most of us have not. Walmart is starting to send out orders all day long ASAP, as their solution to the Vinny Epidemic. No predictable time for orders. Also, starting random face id verification in the middle of shopping orders to eliminate some of the fake accts.

Nutshell version is Chuck (who has little to no tolerance for stupidity) made critical remarks about stupidity at this Starbucks in some of his videos. Instead of listening and fixing the stupidity, the owner got butthurt about the criticism and retaliated by telling his employees to tell Chuck that he can’t record in the store anymore.
Actually he's probably sick of the entitled attitudes of the employees that seem to not notice there are customers in their establishment and then take 20 minutes to pour a cup of coffee and grab a bagel.

why do you do crap orders? $5 mcdonalds for 5 miles is terrible. You are just contributing to the problem by taking these orders. They will never raise the pay only keep lowering it by taking these. Please stop.
What do you think DD started the tier program for? It's to cause people to accept crappy deliveries to try and stay or achieve Platinum status. Don't blame our good buddy Chuck.
