That home has a really cozy, homey feel. Rooms are more compact but seem really livable. I would love to see this with drywall, but I still like it anyway.

The back porch is perfect to sit and watch a snow or rainstorm and not get wet. The hidden pantry is also a bonus! Nice home but I would opt in tape and textured walls. On a side note....GO CHIEFS!

I love this home, the only thing I would change is the main bathroom. I definitely, would like to have a private toilet room. Other than that, I can really see myself purchasing this one.

Overall, that's not a bad home for the price. Like that hidden pantry and the upgraded cabinets.

I love this! I love the layout. There's privacy, a foyer, pantry, spacious bedrooms and an office or if you don't need an office it could be a craft/sewing room or learning center. I can't say enough good about it.

Hello Nate! Good video! I'm typing as I'm watching, every 2-3 rooms. So... #1) We'd have carpet in Living Room. We'd also change the electric fireplace for a Gas Fireplace. #2) We'd close off that back porch (which I love!) with windows, some of which could be opened, so the area can be used year round, as a Dining Room most of the time, and a party room occasionally. Might even put a Gas Fireplace out there too! But the Nook inside is barely big enough for that small table, it would not hold the table plus my Grandma's China Cabinet! I'd have to close off that loan window to put my Grandma's China Cabinet there, and then that small table wouldn't fit; but it is a deal breaker if there's no place for Grandma's China Cabinet!!! #3) In the Kitchen... don't like the sink being in the island but there doesn't appear to be any place else to put it. But we don't need a dishwasher so remove that and put in another cabinet or drawers. Not sure at this time if I'd put in a smaller island or not. The microwave would have to be moved to the countertop somewhere as it's too high above the cook stove. I'd want a Gas Cook Stove and a Pot Filler if possible. I don't care that much for a Butler's Pantry, so I'd turn the whole room into one good-sized Pantry with wooden shelves on three sides, floor to ceiling! I'd put a Lazy Susan in that large corner cabinet. #4) The smaller Guest Bedroom would be my Music/Studio Room, soundproofed. The bigger Guest Bedroom would be my Library Room with a small sitting area with a carpet around it. The Guest Bathroom would be left as is. #5) I love the fact that the Furnace and Water Heater are Not in a closet or bedroom! Being in the hallway is my second choice, with the utility room being my first choice - so they are okay where they are! I would wish the Utility Room was big enough for a freezer and a sink and a folding table, but oh well. We'd option in for a Pocket Door for the inside Utility Room Door, but leave the outside door as is. We'd build a Garage outside that back door and a Storage area inside it with an Upright Freezer and maybe even a Chest Freezer too. And probably a Pet Shower. #6) I love there being a separate Office Room!! Kinda like that it's next to the living room and the Master Bedroom too. I'd probably put a carpet in the Office. The Coat Closet can be used as a Storage Closet instead if wanted; or used as both. #7) In the Master Suite the bedroom is just about the right size for us. Carpet in the bedroom is exactly what I'd want (I hate cold floors!). I wish the closet was in the bedroom and not the bathroom, but it Not a deal breaker! But I would option for a Pocket Door for the Bathroom and for the Closet as they'd take up less space. That window and seat in the closet kinda makes it look like a his/hers closets. I like it. There might be room around the Commode for me to sit without hitting anything when I sit down. Maybe! But that Vanity is Not big enough for 2 sinks! So leave the one on the end by the commode and that would give us enough counter space - I hope - and enough elbow room to use the sink without hitting the wall. We'd have to replace the tile shower with a Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo. That Master Bathroom is just a little small actually. But workable, maybe. #8) We'd probably put porches all around the house to the garage, as we like porches. As I said, Nate, good video. This is a pretty nice looking home. Price isn't too bad either.
