Key is when confronting them to hit them with the reason why they are doing the sh*t to you in the first place, like standing in their shoes to think what the f their issues are and then let them hear it as a reminder tell them straight up. Then finish it off with you understand that and all but f that noise not your problem and tell em to get a hobby and leave you B . If that helps call them out for real understanding
