Honest question guys, I don't eat pork very often; but are the fried pork cutlets done? There seems to be more red/pink than I would be comfortable with; or do you order pork like you order beef (rare, medium, well done, etc.)? But so far everything looks yummy! Ok, continuing the video ...
As a British man it makes me so ashamed that the whole world eats much better much healthier and much more beautiful food than we do this is divine to behold!
as an american i wholeheartedly agree!!!!!!! the koreans make dishes for a couple bucks that are far better quality than when i'd pay 50 for at a restaurant here in the inland northwest. I'm ashamed by our food! As a manager at a restaurant i feel bad charging people 15 dollars for a philly cheesesteak when i nkow you can get something better for 2 bucks in south korea
Just curious the machine that they put in the water bucket for steaming the meat? If you could label all the ingredients that they use that would be helpful 😊. Thank you for sharing

Gochugaru (Korean chili powder). It comes in coarse flakes or fine powder. Most of the time you want to use the coarse flakes. The coarse flake kind is typically used to make kimchi and side dishes. While, the fine powder is used to make gouchujang (korean fermented chilli paste) and some sauces. I like added a little bit of fine powder to my kimchi and some side dishes for extra bright red color. Korean chilis are different from other chilis so you cant really substitute gochugaru for other kinds of chili powders, otherwise, you will get a different result in terms of flavor. It's like trying to substitute paprika, cayenne, jalapeno, habanero, thai chili, etc.
I know! Food with no preservatives or dying from disease before being sold in the market. It looks so fresh. I just don’t understand why we can’t have good looking meat like this?
@@mtrinity339 You do realise you can shop at other places than a grocery store, ever heard of a butcher or ordering your meat from the growers themselves, and this idea that diseased meat is what the daily person consumes is brainrot thinking. where's this idea that we dont have "good looking meat" around and dont give me one isolated incident.
@@1481LimberLost You are right! I did forget that I could go to a butcher or find a organic place to purchase meat. Thanks for the new perspective God bless you and yours! 🫶🏾🦋
Почему заведение общего питания называют рестораном , ресторан - это более сложная система обслуживания клиентов , В ресторане кроме общего меню есть индивидуальное приготовление блюд ??? 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Lol, what do you mean? Burnt cheese is sooo very tasty... in macaroni and cheese, lasagna, enchiladas, pizza. Actually I enjoy lots of barely burnt foods: chocolate chip cookies, sausages, any grilled meat ... I love it💗! But, of course, to each their own.
