We live in MI & in 2010 my husband & I purchased an old farm house on 2.5A. It had an upgraded septic field already but the property had been repo'd & sat empty for over a year. The finance company needed the well & septic checked. Long story short there had been 2 trees cut down & only stumps. One bigger tree near the corner. The septic company would not appear the field until the stumps & the tree was cut down. The roots mess up the field & cause the gooe to bubble up & bust a hole in the top soil. A camping condominium was part of that farm & they didn't want sewer runing down their roadway behind my house. It cost us money we didn't expect to pay out. Just letting you know tree roots like septic fields (pipe). My husband passed away 4 years ago & our middle son took over that place when my Mom needed us to move in with her to take care of her needs. She died at 95, IN her home just as she desired. Mom said, Please don't leave me in a nursing home. Her dearest Aunt died alone in a nursing home & Mommy hated that her Aunt's Son did that to het.

Tim Tim Tim, I'm in Virginia and I knew where they were. Mel was in her bubba boots with Gary sitting on the mud room floor on Real Talk talking about going to Drew's. If you need to get your water line in you could always wash it in under the foundation. I buried mine three feet under my driveway with a piece of PVC. Works great. Didn't want my driveway settling and there was a phone line somewhere in there. Your soil looks sandy enough it should be easy . PEX will also wash in easy. I bought a water hose fitting and put in one end. 👍👍

Tim did you forget to put in a septic and water access before they did the footer. If so yes you created more work. Don't feel bad it happens. It can be fixed. Will cost a little bit more $$$. With lots of love and prayers from your crazy friend in ohio

My guess is you forgot to rough in your utilities. While watching your foundation video I kept looking for your pipe in the foundation. I was hoping you just wasn’t showing it. It’s a fixable problem though. Ain’t nothing but a days work you got this.

You should check your code.some codes require 32 or 40 or 48 inch clearance from ground to bottom of floor joists
