Just as a security precaution, I wouldn't film the outro in public spaces like parking lots. Jaman Burton of The Drawing Dead Vlog stopped doing them in parking lots and waits until he's in his living room back home. I love the vlogs though keep on keeping on.
I second this. I’m not a security professional or anything, but would really really hate for you to get mugged. Seems like a big unnecessary risk when carrying that kinda cash.
Security in Texas is as good as the gun you have. Or the security team protecting each other. Casinos draws money. With money comes concerns and possible threats. Many folks don’t have a secure environment to protect their winnings. Or a safe ride home.
the 3b! on turn with QQ is a classic tough spot, I hate playing those narrow range situations. Kinda felt like 55 imo but it could have been like an A6hh type hand that he kept blasting on river. Great video either way 😎
ok wolfgang, on the ace queen hand that u checked on the river, i agree and feel a check was the correct play. the reason is that he most certainly could have aces or kings in that spot realizing that u can only call his turn bet with at least a queen. so executing pot control and showdown value, a check was the best play. now of course if u had seen his hand, well yeah.
Can’t call a 3bet on the turn with QQ just to fold on the river when you knew you only had 2 outs that still may not give you the best hand. Calling the turn means a crying call on the river as all of his bluffs would do the same.
Great to meet you the other night at Gun Lake Casino! I was in seat 4. Hope you have a great time up in TC with your family. Hope to play with you again soon. I need to come down to Dallas soon.
when you check back on that flop with QQ the only way to win in that scenario to me would be to call, call or raise, call, jam (high variance play, only against capable players). Raise, call, call you will lose to all of his value and only win against bluffs but raise, call, jam you obviously get snap folds from bluffs and unlock the opportunity to have a large portion of his value range required to fold by repping a flopped set of Jacks, or rivered trip kings
Last hand critic: Checking the flop was the problem. Like you said, you "downplayed" your hand. So you checking the flop but then raising his $50 on the turn looked like a bluff. I also believe he had J Ks. Then the river he had to check his cards again before he bet his $600. So in all it was a good Fold....but maybe you take it down by the Turn if you showed your true strength on the flop
I’m not sure why but he loves checking his overpairs on the flop. I know he’s trying to be “balanced” but he does it nearly every time and it gets him in trouble.
Take care. Security in Texas is as good as the gun you have. Or a security team that protects each other. Casinos draws money. Money draws notice. With money comes concerns of safety and protected travel. Many folks don’t have a secure environment to protect their winnings. Or a safe ride home.
Awesome to have coffee and the luck box (FOE=friend of Ethan) hitting two turns for boats. Why are you not in AZ for a while and where the F did the intro song go....rent got too expensive had to leave LA....😅
If you knew a man was suffering from a delusion and he offered to give you his money, and you knew that was all the money he had to feed his family, would it be ethical to take it?
Woof he was bluffing when he free bet you the 400 he wanted you to fold because he had a big hand but when you called it, he went in with the $650 to guarantee your fold. I think all he had was a jack high
