Shoplifting and other non-violent crimes are treated just like they are everywhere, like when Trump was arrested . He's back out in the streets. It is always a question of maturity. I'm a fan of the Trebuchet a type of catapult that uses a long arm to throw a projectile. It was a common powerful siege engine during medieval times. After the accused have been found guilty in a court of law they're brought to the "place of release." A few Trebuchets are placed at the ocean's edge and when the time comes sink or swim they're in God's hands. If by dumb luck any manage to swim back well... see my previous sentence.@@MarilynStangl
