Adele penguins make your average human rapist look like a joke. They will attempt to mate with the following without any hesitation, in the same day sometimes: Living females. Diseased females. Handicapped females. Dead corpses. Wounds in said corpses or living things. Holes.. in the ground. Children. Dead children. Other smaller animals. Anything with a pulse. And why the fuck not? Eachother. With all that in mind, enjoy the innocence as you look into the eyes of your average adele penguin, if you look hard enough into the eyes you might see their flashbacks of relentless booty destruction. Bonus: Your average duck living in a pond also likes to gangrape females to the point where they can break their necks, pluck out a eye or bleed to death from the good old grotto. Quack quack. And this is why I'm not a vegan. Fuck that shit thinking animals are some innocent being. They are not.
This shows evidence that animals do have a "theory of mind". The penguin waits so the other penguin isn't looking. He knows it would be upset, and can evaluate what they notice and don't notice.
@@englishatheart That's what I am saying, tho. Most scientists even today believe that animals are devoid of theory of mind except maybe for dolphins or higher apes.
@@nemou4985 People should stop using the term "scientist" and instead stick to what their field is. Plenty of scientists are qualified in a field that is irrelevant but still give opinions on things that aren't their degree. Chiropractors are doctors but the official stance of real doctors is that they aren't.
Legend says the pengiun is still looking for more stones wondering why his nest is not becoming bigger. But he's really impressed by the big house his colleague has already build.
@@tegathemenace you probably found it by now, but look up "penguin, depressed...", it's a clip from werner herzog's "encounters at the end of the world"
At 0:54 he the thief started coming early to steal the rock but then noticed the other penguin and was like "oh shit, he still not gone" and stopped in his tracks. 😂😂
If someone starts to get a little chummy with me I recommend them that video, they watch as I laugh in the background. Now no one really talks to me anymore, it’s great
More like evolutionary motivation to object permanence and visual memory, if you get home from work you don’t count your objects to check if someone robbed you or not do you?
I can't help but imagine the camera zooms out, the other penguin is just standing there with a rock, staring at him in disappointment like it's a scene from Looney Tunes
Not all penguins are Thieves. In fact the thieves, when caught are punished and ostracized from the society. Is the reason why this penguin had to steal in stealth mode.
I remember when i was part of an expedition to antarctica, there are parts of life down there they don't show you. For example, we visited the Antarctica correctional facility (ACF). It is the largest prison down there, with horrible living conditions, where criminal penguins are incarcerated. Inside these prisons, they form gangs because the inmates are basically left on their own. The government makes it even worse by having sentences of 5+ years for small crimes like stone theft. So many small time criminal penguins become career criminals through this prison. Horrific stuff
A team of expertly trained Penguins is on its way to you. You were warned not to share this outside. I will explain to your family. Sad. Bad. Love from India
Y’see, male Adelie’s build up nests BEFORE finding mates. It’s part of their ritual. A bigger, neater nest is more likely to attract a female. So these guys are all bachelors.
@@Anthintendo Ow that's a nice piece of trivia! Makes me feel ever worse somehow that this poor lad is just a single penguin trying to find a mate... I wish I could keep an eye out for him 😔
Well, think of the female penguin that choses the thief because of his nests size and thinks it represents his work ethic and ability to care for the family in the future... It's just a matter of time that they will persecute him and bann from the community. And his poor wife will be a single mother. What we see here is the beginning of a family tragedy. Maybe the little penguin children of them will even bullied in school.
I just imagine the first penguins stealing from a nest made up of stolen rocks from another penguin who made a nest from the rocks of another penguin who’s nest was made of stolen rocks from………….
This is so funny. I love the way he literally waits until the other one is gone before going back to take the rocks. The way they demonstrate intelligence is as fascinating as it is hilarious
Such a professional thief he is too! Meanwhile the other ones breaking his back trying to make a nest all dirty & tired I’m sure from working on his rock nest.
This is a pretty accurate depiction of any major business, government, or crime syndicate. If it was to depict most religious institutions then the dude wouldn't even need to steal, the other penguins would just willing give him rocks
Morning Stan! Morning Karl! Seems like the early bird gets the rock, right? Don't get me started, it feels like i moved nothing the whole time. Just keep it on, the results will speak for themselves.
