The mod is called "Bruce Wayne's Iconic Suit" on Nexus, the picture shows the grey and black but theres a file for the blue as well and that's the one I used (with normal eyes)

Its super simple, you gotta just trust me on this and look it up. You basically download the file, unzip it with winrar, and place it in any of the DLC folders in your game files. The video will explain it better than I can in this comment tho
