The running theory I heard was that the Grim Bastards were probably started as a affiliate club of SoA for black bikers because SoA did not allow black members. If you consider the symbol of the Sons is a Grim Reaper it makes sense these guys call themselves the "Grim Bastards". 20 years prior to the start of the show would have been the early 90's when the Sons said they were warring with Mayans because the Mayans wanted to set up a charter in Lodi. The Bastards were probably founded as a way to guard SAMCRO's border and the terms of the agreement with SAMCRO and the Mayans was probably that neither set up an official charter in Lodi but they both had affiliate clubs there to keep an eye on things (The Calavaras and the Grim Bastards)

Try punching a harley over. Or kicking it over. It will be quite difficult. Also, no car can accelerate past a moving motorcycle-unless it is a 125 or a low cc. Even then, those cars would struggle they are rusty, fall of big fat fuckers and probably can't accelerate very fast.

I try to find info on that as well. My theory is that Grim Bastards were under SOA anyways. Much like real MCs, they are the 1% of that area and they call the shots. And finally a black man was able to join the club that enforces the GBs and that never allowed black people in. Its a step back from leading but also step up for a higher purpose.

GB had been hurting for a while, barely enough of their on crew and that’s when Jax got the other SOA clubs to try and change the rules so a black man could even be in SOA at all. And it’s been a while but I think the remaining GB had all agreed to go their own way I think?

Classic example off a SOA scenario that never made any sense. See alot of good points here like cross-fire and being able to ram the bikes as a get away or atleast try too but for me its starting with the shooting into the house, they shoot alot off rounds quite accurate into the house, still 10/15 people run out.. like did somehow nobody die? or where there like 30/60 people in there lmao.
