You guys are a truly a "do it yourself" operation. And there are good things to be said about that. You do it on your own boat that you actually pay to up keep. You don't need three or four new boats at your disposal every year that are maintained by your sponsors or minions. I get that the other guys work for what they get but an operation like yours is much more relatable to us working Joes. All that and you are entertaining with cool personalities to boot. Keep the show rolling and you will do just fine.

That was excellent. I read Snook were edible but hadn’t seen anyone eating them. Snook have always been a mystery, growing up fishing in Texas, and now I’m in Louisiana, so they are still illustrious to me. Thanks guys!

Absolutely right on skinning a snook. They were considered a trash fish by commercial fisheries until they found out they taste great if you skin them. That's why they overfished them and now you have tough to catch slot limits.

Puddin, add a touch of olive oil before adding the butter, it will stop it from turning brown. great cooking!

You are extremely knowledgeable and have a tremendous amount of talent. You may get a mixed bag of feedback on that question though. It's hard for dedicated fishermen to admit that anyone is better than them. When you lip hook sheep, it means you need a bigger hook. Big sheep will tear their lip off to get away. To hook them behind the teeth , use the 3/0 live bait hook.

Darci, disinfect that nail wound, dry it, then apply superglue. It will stop the pain. It is safe for all kinds of skin wounds, just disinfect first.

Snooki is good personally i love a big red fish fillet to me red fish meat is whiter than snook and the snook is a grayish white color which is still very good and I think porterhouse is the best meat for you but I have to say fish is better for you gotta go it's a keeper in the Cape seeya

Mmm 'snoek' in dutch, is pike in English. snoek in Dutch sound exactly the same a snook, is it slang? --- Was that a Zebrafish? Did one fish byte? Will pray for Meg! Don't know if I ask you before, have you ever get a Cyclopterus lumpus, the lumpsucker or lumpfish? I was a tractor trailer driver moving fish waste to Bologne de sur mer in France and to Cuxhavn Germany and my boss told me that the fish is a delicacy but I'd never catch it nor that I can get it by a seafood restaurant? maybe it was a joke, but the fish has a sponge under its belly and it can suck on a stone. Do you make fish soup from the leftovers or do you have a very fat cat? Puddin? Is that a name given'by your parents? Sounds like dessert, so you're dessert? 😜 My mouth is watering, it is clear that I will eat fish again, tomorrow maybe?
