Serious wicked mix. The best of Soca from the 80s. Had to dance, each time I hear this mix. Memories of college days in USA. The Mayos, and DJ PS Onotu, The Kilimanjaro, The Kalabash night clubs in Wash DC, DJs Kofi Kissi Dompere, Von Martins, Ibrahim Kanja Bah, and more. These folks opened a World of music, sound, culture and history. My appreciation of Caribbean music beyond Reggae exploded. Always remember the hip swiveling dances of many Caribbean female friends in college The artist on here are superb. Well done DJ Riddim. Got to see several of these artist at Lisner Auditorium, In Wash DC, when the annual Caribbean concert was held. Powerful Jam-packed house. We had to control the audience to retain their seats. Impossible to hear this music and seat. Read many of the comments, and was moved by folk who miss their parents who enjoyed this music. May they all RIP. This is uplifting and energizing and dance music. Keep it up. 10.39pm, Sat. Sept 18th 2021, Lagos.
