Refreshing to hear your honesty in figuring this out! What I think is cool is that a lot of people use a 'future self' for accountability, and it's interesting you've chosen a fictional character - a super neat way to find outward accountability! So many of us have had to adjust our routines and I think you've really shown the work it takes to rewire.
