Today in my new group of college someone said thik hai agar koi pakistan ko support kar bhi rha hai tho. Regarding cricket I opposed and said unhone desh droh kiya hai and pak ne kitne jawan maare hai hamare.. I'm from a middle class nd my parents worked really hard to give a good education. Since, my school frnds were very rich now the post on their social media used to hit me a lot. So, I stopped using social media. Tbh I'm very happy nd calm from the day I used social media. Nd I'm happy I'm focusing more on my studies nd carrier rather than flexing things on social media which are bought from the money which my parents got from working hard day & night. @@paulomisen4686 you can try to get indulge in some other activity like painting, reading, clean your room or just go on a walk in your free time rather than using social media apps.. Try to put timer on your phone when you’re using any of those apps, also try to minimise the use of it everyday and get indulge in some other productive work like getting rid of all the pending assignments or studying or anything that is left to do.. I hope these advices will help you get rid of excessive use of social media!!
