Most agents are willing to work hard.....but they don't always know what to do and where they should place their efforts. You mentioned when you started you spent $10 a day on Facebook. However, I didn't hear you mention how many leads came from $10 a day in one month. May i ask, how many leads did you get in 30days from $10 a day'
@@ericarey1126 It really depended on a few things, like the type of ad I was running (buyer or seller) or the market conditions, but on average, I was getting around 2 leads per day.
@@ericarey1126 Apologies for the late reply. Just seeing this now. It would fluctuate, but I would get anywhere from 0-3 leads per day, depending on the market and depending on the target audience (buyer vs. seller). An average of 1 lead per day.
