Hi sir! Your teaching method is very simple and effective. Thank you! I had a doubt, shouldn't cultural system be a part of Latency? Because beliefs, values and norms are the actual hidden aspects. And 'Integration' be the coordination and the social system in general. Waiting for your response :)

Latency doesn't mean only the hidden aspects but also the one which works for tension management, Culture on the other hand acts as a gigantic source of integration.
