2 sticks butter, 3 cups sugar,1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract, 3 cups cake flour, 6 large eggs, 1 pinch salt, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1 cup sour cream,.
filling- 1/3 brown sugar, 1/3 pecans,2 teaspoon cinnamon, ¹ teaspoon coco.
Glaze- 2 powder sugar, 1/4 cup whole milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
bake on 325 1hour and 30 minutes

Loving your teachings, however I am having a difficult problem with it rising and then falling sometimes it rises to the boilover point. What am I doing wrong? Help!

Check your calibration on your oven with the oven thermometer and that's for your boiling over make sure that you have a 12 cup bundt cake pan
