I feel your pain..I'm going thru this myself aveolar bone damage from extraction. They should at least show this video of what possibly would happen on tooth extraction... 😢
Just had a tooth extracted due to a hairline fracture gone unnoticed for many months that resulted in the gum line becoming infected, and a mobile(loose) tooth. Apparently the bone around the tooth was eroding(basically non existent) due to some grinding that occurs while I sleep. With the ridge preservation, I will be able to get an implant when I return from this upcoming deployment, as I will be at the 6 month point almost exactly. While giving me follow on instructions, the dentist told me I do not need to worry about dry sockets at all. As the area was already thoroughly packed and sealed with the preservation.

I regret for not looking after my teeth when I was in my twenties. Now, I am in my early forties and am about to lose one premolar due to decay. It's going to cost me £3,000 for an implant which I can't afford.
Its damn time these insurance theives should make dental covered under medical...if u get sick from a tooth infection u can even die...this is bullshit....
danzbutrfly a friend told me about a friend of hers that had a hart attack because of an infected tooth that was not taken out so yes it does kill people
