"SOCO" presents the investigation thus far into the rape-slay case of 22-year-old bank teller "Mabel." Her family members describe "Mabel" as a dutiful and helpful daughter who had big dreams for her family. One day, she fails to come home from work. Authorities do not have to look far as they discover her remains in a run-down shanty within the MMDA impounding compound where they also live. Police arrest a suspect, who at first tried to pose as a witness.
