i use white cake mix with strawberry jello. i also dont poke holes with a fork i use the end of a plastic mixing spoon or ladel.

Looks yummy! When I make a poke cake, I use a chopstick to make the holes, it works great, more of the stuff gets down in there.

I have made jello like cakes for decades. Following the cake direction. I have used the soda method diet weight watcher recipe. Try using a strawberry soda with the strawberry cake mix. I also would add mashed thawed strawberries to the jello.

I‘be made this cake over 20 years ago. I make vanilla cake first, then mix jello with strawberry soda. Then poke holes in the cake. Pour soda over the cake. Topping is cool whip and vanilla pudding. And strawberries on top or not. This cake is hella old. Every ones already done it.

This looks wonderful! I've seen these recipes with diet soda, but the can you showed looked like a regular soda, so I'm assuming regular sodas (at least sprite anyway lol) works for this as well? Thanks for sharing!

How do you keep your stove top So clean ? (Nice recipe just made my cake earlier ). About your stove .... it must be new eh? My one burner in the right lower corner is used the most But it’s marked up from hot spillages and hard to remove ... any ideas ??

+Brett & Brad I know what you mean I typed the name and nearly posted it. they are a part of your lives so its normal to use there names. But you have a good group of friends that are looking out for you. Are you able to make it live to just a few who can view it and say it save. Say your Mum. I am sure if a small group is made up of 5 or 6 we should be able to pick up on anything slipping past all of us and keeping you guys safe.

Sir, surely you realize your video was way too long and so boring. Why on earth did you take so long to add the gelatin to the hot water, could have added in one quick dump. There were many parts of the video that should have been edited out. Think about it, now come up with more good recipes and make them great to watch!! Have fun!!!
