Had started SCK when you had put up your first video. Stuck at 3-11 min SCK for a year, miraculously I jumped to 62+. In fact today is my 3rd day of 90 min SCK. Thanks

As of now, most visible differences are: very low/no stress, i feel kind of invincible, empty focussed mind, more control over senses and the most impressive one it has anti-ageing effects in that I look 15-18 yrs younger, as acknowledged by my environment.

Thank you ♥️ I had little trouble with pumping my stomach. So in this part you do not breathe out but hold your breath, right? Pumping then is a bit hard for me as I don’t just pump the stomach but whole body moves too. Including shoulders. I tried to keep my hand on my stomach to control it betterI. I see in your case its really just the stomach area. Could you give some info on this part. Thank you so so much this is beautiful 😻
Yes you are correct. You hold your breath and pump your stomach lightly. It’s ok if your shoulders move. Over time you’ll get better isolating those stomach muscles
I learned this kriya before doimg just 6 rounds x 16 pulling the belly in during exhale.. I do this kriya 3 times a week. The many adds during this meditation were very distractive. .
