***** They were a Speed/Black metal band at the beggining of his carrer ("In the sign of evil" EP nad his first album) after of that (from the second album to nowadays) they become in to the best Thrash metal band on the Earth ..They never forget his original Thrash metal roots...I don´t believe that the blackened Thrash metl exists..but the vocal style of Tom Angelripper is very particular...He didn´t use the growl or the high pitched screams like other singers..His voice is always grasp and dirt...Remind me to Chronos and Demolition man from Venom and Lemmy Kilmister
Just bought tickets to see them in London next year, can't wait. Great band live, lost count of the amount of times I have seen them live now. This will be first time in the UK though. Long live Sodom!!!!!

As a drummer I understand his face haha. Sometimes I get into it I forget to smile or I'm just too focused but I enjoy every second of it. But it is a work out haha
Marc Aurèle I'm big Kreator fan - my second favourite Thrash band next to SODOM but I have to admit SODOM and Angelripper destroy Mille like all the rest singers and bands around, not saying about poor and boring Mustaine and Megadeth
