I’ve seen this from so many people so I decided to make it clear: *HERNY IS NOT DEAD, HE IS STILL ALIVE BUT IS EDWARD’S UNDERLING* Also some people were confused at the ending 1: it was Edward speaking to Henry 2: he said “you’ve been reborn, I’ve given you a second chance, I’m your god”

This is amazing, it seems like Edward will be "recruiting" more engines from what we saw him do to Henry. From his reaction to the acid rain, i'd say he's being controlled by whatever force caused the acid rain in the first place and it seemly wants him to protect Callan for some reason based on what we saw in episode 2.

Mabye the Force That's controlling edward is Hiding at callan(Most likely the castle), And that's why Edwards protecting it. Edit: in this @ 4:32, we see Edward Chasing Henry away from Kildane, so mabye The acid rain has something to do with The Stones at killdane.
