The stock isn’t being diluted in a big way so the number of shares is what it is. SoFI still has a negative annualized PE in an industry that has PE ratios of 14-15 for large banks. SoFi would be at least 10x that if it is able to keep its current profit levels for a year so it’s price already factors in a 10x forward looking increase in performance. In other words the price already reflects the investors’ optimism that SoFi will succeed. What’s your opinion?

If SoFi continues at current profit levels their annualized PE is well over 100 in an industry where titans like BOA have PEs in the 15 range. In that sense there’s a lot of optimism built into the SoFi price already. They need to accelerate their earnings in order to increase shareholder value from current levels. 8.1 million users is great but growth in those numbers is more meaningful.

You can’t compare a company that has been around for a hundred years and compare their PE to a growth stock.

CAC costs are a one time experience. Also we are writing down around 10c a share a quarter on our loans. When that is finished mid 2025, eps will begin to really jump. The cross selling will kick in. To me, this is an easy $10+ stock in 2026. If that occurs, I make 100k and will be well rewarded during this 2 year wait. Then anything after 2026 to the upside is just a bonus. $20+ at least by 2030. Which is close to a 3x at my cost basis for 6 years of waiting. Far better than bonds or the S&P.

I was a big fan then,last earnings i load up then after beating reveune and eps the stock went down 9% ??? I made :78 cents per share and i checked out i was waiting for another 10 or 11 $ like last earnings,but it didnt happen ..im done with sofi ...with giants like bank of Am and JP and captial sofi wont go any higher than 9 $ ,but good look..im done ,loading up on tesla
