This is a cheap light that performs on par with the much more expensive mainstream brands. I am so impressed with this light. Pick one up here: amzn.to/40wuygn Discount code ALERT: SC18 10%OFF promo code: DK8KPW7D
Got 2, one for 12 something USD and one for 13 something USD, but even for 18.99 USD on the makers webshop price, it is unbeatable flashlight. For 18.99 you get 18650 3000 mAh battery and usb-c charging port on the flashlight. Small size, EDC, better performance than any AA flashlight on the market and the size quite small. Bought white and red diffusers for 3 USD (the price is for both) to make the light more usable, and now it is perfect.
Thanks for the excellent revue...you are a natural presenter for sure. I like the vibe and enthusiasm you put into your vids. Honestly your presenting style makes people like Charles Bridge look like a corpse. I've seen other revues about this great little light by flashaholics and I think some of them go too far with their mis-judged criticisms. They totally miss the point of this light. . It's a budget light that puts alot of it's more expensive lights to shame and it really is a game changer. I would say, in time this little powerhouse will become as revered as the Wurkkos fc12. A few months ago I purchased 3 SC18s for a total of 32 U.S dollars (batteries) included..WOW! I have many lights - but the SC18 goes everywhere with me because it is so easy to carry and has such a simple well thought out u.i. The flashaholic snobs who nit-pic over minor details can go to hell...as far as Im concerned all I need is a torch; I can walk my dog with, a beam low enough as not to ruin his night vision, a throwy beam so I can find the fucker when he runs off, a beam with enough spill to walk through dark country trails without walking into puddles or dog shit, a beam and strobe powerful enough to get selfish stubborn drivers to dip their blinding highbeams when approaching me and Mr Fluffy Nuts, and a light or strobe bright enough to deter approaching out of control dogs from getting too close during daylight. Also, as a general light for around the house and garden and I don't really care too much about tint - I have red/green colour blindness anyway. I was never really a fan of t.i.r lenses but after using this light alot, I now really appreciate them. I would also add that this light actually throws further than Sofirns official figures. Yeah, well done Sofirn ..I just love this little light. At the present time it is on sale at AliExpress for $9. I'll buy a few more to give to friends and family. I might also get myself a Wurkkos td02 as I've heard it's virtually a tail-click version of this light. Don't know if it's true or not but at the price it's selling for I think I will get it anyway.
I've had/sold and researched so many damn flashlights... Love them or hate them, the olight warrior 3 and warrior mini 2 have (by a wide margin) the best user interface of any edc flashlights at any price point. I wish other flashlight makers would copy the UI
I agree with with you. Please look out for my upcoming comparison video of those two exact lights!! It's filmed and ready to publish so will be out soon. My Thrunite TN12 PRO has actually beaten the warrior 3 in UI. The reason is the 0.5lumen firefly mode, and the beam profile. I like the massive hotspot from the lens of the warrior 3, but the tighter and seemingly brighter hotspot of the TN12PRO has won me over. Doing a review on that one over the next few days also.
People have different preferences and use cases but warriors from olight are really great in this regard. Olight's products are much better than many of flashoholics are willing to admit.
It's expensive though not a practical EDC since you have a chance of losing them especially if you go hiking, House lights for sure but your EDC doesn't need to be expensive like this SC18 easy to use and cheap can't complain about it.
i got mine for really cheap on aliexpress. the problem i have is that the torch(whole body) gets really hot quickly in turbo mode after few minutes. is that normal.
bro what are you talking about this light only cost 14 dollars on temu and 16 dollars on aliexpress and 15 dollars on banggood and other so what the hell are you paying tripple the price for lol even sofirn website is selling theres for 16 dollar or 14 dollars wright now so yeh you got srewed lol
I'm all about finding deals, and Monocashback is where it's at. Just got it for only $20 after a 50% discount and an extra $1 in cashback. This app is seriously a game changer.
