We stayed, as an acute alternative via our airline insurance here at a major thunderstorm/bad weather over central Euroupe a few yrs ago. We arrived about midnight, in a heathaze, our plans been screwed, all quiet, but, man, it was a positive experience! Fresh, top-modern interiors, icy-cold AC-rooms (not that common in Southern england), great beds/bathrooms and accomodations. The staff was top-notch. The breakfast buffét was superb, large, varied and freshly made. If you're looking for an airport hotel, it does not get much better.
