Kofta Kabab Recipe
Ingredients for Mint Raita:
Green coriander 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Green chilies 3
Salt 1/2 tsp / as required
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Ingredients for tamarind sauce:
Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Garlic 2
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp/ to taste
Ingredients for Mince Marination:
Mutton mince 1 kg
Onion (chopped & squeezed) 1 cup
Capsicum (chopped & squeezed) 1 cup
Red chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Directions for Mint Raita Preparation:
1. In a blender add green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, salt, cumin seeds and yogurt. Blend it well.
Directions for Tamarind Sauce:
1. In a blender add tamarind pulp, ketchup, garlic, red chili flakes, and salt. Blend it well.
Directions for Kofta Kabab Preparation:
2. In a bowl add mutton mince, onion, capsicum, red chilies, ginger garlic paste paprika powder, cumin seeds, red chili flakes , black pepper powder and salt .Marinate it for half hour and put it in refrigerator
3. Now make kabab shape and shallow fry these until it’s fully done.
4. Kofta kabab is ready.
