Mom mom used to make a tangy, gummy, _super moist_ potato sourdough that was _KILLER_ on a BLT 🤤 But the Starter ☠️ in 2008 & I've been trying to find this bread ever since!! This one might be close!! Mom's bread was a bit lighter, quite sour, & almost stuck to your fingers! Thank you for sharing, I feel a lot closer to the m Summer BLT of my dreams ❤
Love the SD process but we don't like a strong Sour note in our breads. Been using Wild Yeast Water starters which don't have a sour note but this process seems to fit well into my baking schedule. Long time Corporate EE that loves to Engineer breads. I'll have to give this a try. Thanks for the video.
