1/2 cup coconut oil (room temp)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 egg (room temp)
2 tablespoons milk (room temp)
2/3 cups creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
