It is a fluffy and moist rich yogurt cake.It tastes like soufflé cheese cake! It is amazingly delicious. Flour is not needed.
Ingredient :
1. Greek yogurt (It is thick and not watery)
2. Eggs
3. Corn Starch
4. Sugar and Salt
5. 100% Lemon juice

머랭은 잘 됐는데 저렇게 섞으묜 주저 쉽게 주저 앉을거 같은데 어찌 저리 될까요 ㅠ 오븐에 오래 구움 저래 될까요?

for a cake like this, you need the whites separated so that they can be whipped into the stiff peaks. They are providing a lot of the lift for the cake. If you leave them with the yolks, you can't beat them to the right amount of fluffiness and your cake would be extremely flat and dense.

So, mine did not come out as fluffy as yours. At first it looked good, but then it fell. 1) I did not have the thick yogurt but it was close to thick. 2) I realized I used a convection oven. 3) I had to open the oven and put the shelf down lower because the cake was ready to touch the top of the oven coil thingy. 4) I cooked it at 338 degree Fahrenheit (170C = 338f) and it got a bit too brown (50mis in oven). All in all it still came out tasty! So, next time I will use my bottom oven. Set temp to 335F, use the thick greek yogurt and hopefully that will work. Also I could not make a tornado LOL, so maybe I can use a mixer on the egg beating part?
