Thanks Dr. Mostafa for this lecture. But, please I have a question. In ESI, sometimes the ESI+ is much more smaller than the ESI- for the same compound; ex, My compound on ESI+ gave 185 and on the ESI- gave 950. What is the possible explanation for this? Thank you.
