In your opinion, are chrome powders buildable? If I wanted a chrome rose gold, and its not as intense as I want it the first time, would applying another layer intensify it; or would it do nothing?
Can you show just one finger and more slowly please? Or alternatively, give us a list of the steps as recording in fast forwad and each nail in a different colour can be deceiving (to me sorry).
Because the shade of the base colour tints the chrome. And wen you seal it with the right type of top coat (usually a led cured non tack gel top coat) it doesn't wash off. :)
It gives the holographic powder a colored tint, you can do it without painting them. And the powder gets covered by a top coat so it has the life of any other polish
