I found out about your stuff just last Friday and on Sunday I HAD to go find your 2 step seasoning cause I wanted to try it so bad and I saw you had it at wal mart! Needless to say that shit is straight fiyah duuuude!! Love your vids and love the 2 step man, I'll be using this stuff for pretty much everything!!
i checked my walmart aint got it... theres over 4,700 walmarts in the US.. which means stalekracker had to produce around 110,000 bottles to stock each shelf.... you think he really had over 110k+ 2steps on stock?

I had to buy some as soon as I heard it was at Walmart. Tag on shelf but no ‘two step’ went back the next day it was restocked. Got my two step. Mild fire but I tried it on chicken. Got to get to the shrimp next.
I’m happy to hear someone else refer to the crab’s filtration as “Dead Man” Soft shell crabs are delicious but I’ve never tried soft shelled crawfish. I wonder if they ship them?
I wish you had a restaurant in Las Vegas. I would be a regular for sure. Your vids have me drooling. You had me driving to hot n juicy (restaurant) for crawfish last week.
I always wondered how fresh they are at hot n juicy. Questions like: how do they clean them? Or are they clean? Eating them down South at the source is a big experience and a lot cheaper.
@@jlp7184they were live and said to be clean by the waiter. I didn’t question their methods. It was my first time. They sell them by the pound, at current market price which was $15.00. It adds up quick, but worth it. I’ll be back before the season ends. Their signature hot n juicy seasoning is pretty amazing. Tons of garlic.

I find that hard to believe. Most Walmarts and some grocery stores carry Young's beer-battered cod fillets and tempura fish sticks. These are made in the UK where fish n chips were invented and perfected. I've never tried them deep-fried, but over-baked they taste supreme! One try and you'll see what you have been missing out on for not liking seafood. BUT, they will make you no longer like any other brand afterwards. Softshell crabs are expensive! A friend of mine bought seafood straight from the fishermen and he sold me some at his cost, $5, back in 2015.
I was listening to a podcast, the meat eater podcast specifically, and they were talking to a gentlemen who talked about the differences in bait for the crawfish and how that can change the taste. Have you noticed anything like that in your experience? Love the channel brotha
