This channel is the best. I noticed on this video that the instructor seemed to have a 16" Clincher softball on the floor under the ball caddy. As a Chicagoan who's played only 16" barehanded softball all my life, I was very pleased. I'm wondering, though, if there's a warm-up drill that you do for pitchers which utilizes that specific ball...or if the ball just rolled there and wasn't moved. I've got tons of them in my garage, and am always looking for new techniques to help my daughter become a better pitcher/player. Thanks!
How long should a 13 yo be warming up? I wish they would focus more and spend more time warming up each pitch - I see kids throw 3 Changeups at the end of warm up and "It's ready" then 3-4 Screw balls.
