Not speaking for them . I throw a two and a four . I find the four has a later and sharper break while a two seam rises a little sooner and is more graduall.The two is kind of an up 0-2 pitch to see if they go swing and the birds .
Imo and from what I have seen ! Look at Jeremy Manley junk warm up and pitching myself you can make a ball rise from mid 40's mph and up . It has a lot to do with technique and spin rate.
I love all the videos from you guys except this rise ball stuff. It's been proven time and time again it doesn't rise.... it's truly just a high fast ball. If we taught batters not to swing at all to "rise" balls they'd go out of commission.
