Such a beautiful group of people here, reading the comments while listening to this piece is encouraging. Wishing everyone the best feeling in the world now and always.
During the lockdown I lost my mother. In her final days at home, I played this for her and it was a sweet reminder of her youth growing up in her tropical home country. This gave her serenity. Thank you to whoever made this.
I pray that whoever reads this feels loved, safe, and secure. I pray for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing for ALL.💓💓🙏🙏 Peaceful dreams!
School has stressed me out beyond what even I expected. I’ve found this to be the best method to calm me and keep me away from the knowing that tomorrow I have to go back to the place that gives me stress. Being here reminds me of my vacation down to my favorite place. Where the water is roaring and you can stretch out and forget about things like school. No matter where I may go, being at the beach just overrides all other things.
"Right now, there are people all over the world who are just like you. They're either lonely, they're missing somebody, they're depressed, they're hurt, they're scarred from the past, they're having personal issues no one knows about, they have secrets you wouldn't believe. They wish, they dream and they hope. And right now, they are sitting here reading these words, and I'm writing this for you so you don't feel alone anymore. Always remember, don't be depressed about the past, don't worry about the future, and just focus on today. If today's not so great don't worry! Tomorrow's a new chance. If you are reading this, be sure to share this around to make others feel better. Have a nice day!"
Everyone; If you are feeling down today, remember this: Life has its ups and downs! No matter how bad you feel for how long, you will always get better in the end. But if you are ok or not, hang on to what you believe in and who you are. I hope that you have an amazing day, whether it’s tomorrow, today, or in a few weeks! This music is lovely, it really helps with just relaxing and forgetting about problems. So take the time it took you to read this, and forget that you have any problems 🖤
@@mindthezen2259 Please take this with an open heart: what you're saying isn't helpful. People who have physical or mental illnesses hear this as "You just need to try harder." So they think it's their fault their lives aren't improving when, in fact, they might be doing all that they possibly can. There's a talk by a disability advocate named Stella (forget last name - I'll try to find it) on "inspiration porn" that talks about this. I recommend checking it out.
You just don’t appreciate your backyard until you’re somewhere else without a backyard like this. Miss you Guam. You will always have a special place in my heart.
Can we just pretend that Nanami is here with us enjoying the sandy beach of Kuantan? He'll have all the time in the world to catch up with his reading here....
Videos like these feel like home. :) childhood and nostalgia, summer days, eyes fixed on emerald grass and shaded sanctuary, the soft breeze dancing through daisies and dandelions. The days we don't want to miss.
This is God's creation. The beautiful deep blue sky, green shrubs and pure clean sand. Embrace his presence along with the sound of the ocean brings mega peace and tranquility.♥️
Technology is really wonderful. It is now possible to listen to beach sounds without going to the beach. Thank you so much for this resource, it has helped me calm down during the times I was stressed due to school and work. :)
Just turned 26 and feeling tired physically, mentally & emotionally. Every year I would travel at least once to release all the stress & burdens. But 2020 has been cruel to everyone and I feel trapped & stunted. This made me feel a little bit better.
If you go to rehab and unhook from social media you may find there’s an actual human underneath all that tiredness. Go to a real beach. Or maybe closest park and breathe deep. Freedom is only a personal choice away.
To the random person reading this comment : I don’t know what you’re going through... but I do know that you are beautiful on the inside and out. I know that you are worth so much. I know that you’re going to get through whatever it is that feels like it’s holding you back. keep going. 💜
Thank you. I was thinking about taking my life and thought I would come here and try meditation before making that decision. This message made me feel more motivated to keep trying. 🤍
Things I enjoy about this specific video as opposed to the hundred others out there: 1) ebb and flow. Some waves are near, some are far, some bubble up, other smash, some are short some are long. This isn't manufactured sound that's the general idea. It's really authentic. And 2) I also like that there's no other sounds. No birds, no leaves, no bugs. Just quality water sounds.
I came here to listen to the beach and make my headache go away. Which it did! :) I didn't expect to see so many people venting about depression though. Nevertheless, like a lot of people are saying, things do get better! It just takes time! I know that seems like it will take an eternity but it will come. Just try to put it out of your mind if possible. When the time is right it will work out. Love yourself you're awesome.
We are doing a beach day in our living room. it is very relaxing knowing that it's February. it is relaxing. these beach sounds really make the in-door beach day come to life! thank you for creating the relaxing beach sounds video! very helpful.

@@daquonedagr8338 Some other relaxation techniques are: * deep breathing - breathing in for 4 slow counts, holding the breath for 4 counts (visualizing something positive) and then breathing out any bad thoughts * journaling * exercising * meditating * adult coloring books / drawing / sewing or anything creative *
I moved into a place recently that has no fan in the bathroom. I don't like "going" in total silence, and this video has been a lifesaver. To everyone else watching this, I hope this video is bringing you peace
Last night was the first night I have fallen asleep at this sound waves. Thank you so much for sharing this. Only God knows how many nights I haven't be able to get some sleep 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. My anxiety levels are out of control, please I ask you all for prayers. My name is Angie. God bless you all.
Thank you for this peace of mind sound. Sometimes I just can’t calm down and I just want to escape and release the valve of pressure. I know it’s Gods way fo readjusting me and I’m open to changes. As I continue to dinghy for peace of mind, I will listen and pray and Thank God for this healthy release
My mom was having a very bad headache so I played this relaxing music, putted next to her ear and started to push her head. She was feeling very good after that🙂🙂🙂
You should try binaural sounds for migraines. They work wonders for me. We are made of water and electricity. The vibrations from the binaural sounds help soothe the body, mind, and soul.
I think listening to beach waves helps me sleep because of when I fell asleep on the beach in Florida a couple of years ago and it was so relaxing and soothing to listen to in person that my mind carried it with me
My family and I live an hour away from the beach, so whenever we could (afford it) during the summer we’d pack our car and head out for the day, staying til we were either burnt or the sun was setting. One of my favorite things to do was relax in my camping chair with a drink and listening to the waves and seagulls. My mom usually sat beside me in her chair with her music softly playing on her phone, and my little brother would be laughing and having fun in the water. Because the virus hit earlier this year, we couldn’t keep our tradition. But there’s always next time, whenever that’ll be, so it’ll be okay. So for now, this’ll do the trick :) Thanks op!
In the Stressful day of life, these nature sounds really help us to relax our mind from all our stress. Thanks for a lovely nature sounds with 1000s of blessings.
This video just went off, and I realized I'd slept through a peaceful night of listening - and continued listening - for hours after I awoke. How peaceful - how calming - how very pleasant it's made my day. The Beast is in a very good place. There's a freshness to nature after having conversed with the powers of the sky throughout the night. I understand I have a voice in determining where my life takes me - and I use it often. Now to go out and enjoy the nature we are part of. By creation, we are part of all things, and all things (most things) accept us and respect us when we respect them and their given place. Respect the space give to any creature - human being - or not. We have a sacred space we call our own - so do all things.
I have Insomnia and my google home made a beach noise's and it was so calming in the morning. I would just sit there with my eyes closed sitting on my bed only being able to think positively. I love the way I get lost in it like its a galaxy! 💙💛
There's nothing like the sound of water rushing to the edge of the beach. So calming and relaxing. I'm spending the night at the beach as the spirit of God soothes my soul! God bless u and give u peace and calm n ur spirit.
it was very relaxing at first, than I HAD to find out if it was looped, and how long the loop was. THAN, I had to find out if the tide was going out, or coming in. Slightly stressful, dozed off a few times. Got it figured out. THANK YOU LOUNGE GUYS!!
My unborn loves our beach we live on so I’m playing this sound 11pm at night and he can hear it and moves I love it thank you I need prayers he stays in till 39 week thank u
Whenever I feel blue, or lost, or just want to escape everything, I always imagine myself standing on the beach, looking at the ocean and the sky blue horizon, watching the seagulls fly by, and something abt it makes me so tranquil, it's like an ending credits to a movie, and I just walk away and the credits roll
So, who in the world is disliking this!! Thank you so much for this video. The sound of the waves is the most realistic one that I have ever heard. I play this and take a nap with this. I really feel like I am sleeping on the sand with ocean waves, under the sky! No other sound could be better! Absolutely beautiful!
If you just run a bath in quarantine, put on a swimsuit, play this and close your eyes it's so relaxing and can almost make u feel like you're on the beach
