Does anyone else find themselves tearing up a bit or crying when watching these videos? For me it's kind of like an emotional release. These videos just make the stress melt right off of me and make me feel so comfortable and loved that I sometimes just start crying a bit even when I'm not even sad!! But I feel so much better afterwards

can we please stop talking about her breasts? it's gross and it IS harassment if you're repeatedly saying something that she doesn't like, and won't stop even if she says to stop. she has a right to wear whatever the hell she wants and can show however much boob she wants. does that give you the right to comment on it? HELL NO. so stop trying to spin this around saying it's "just harmless complementation" when really, it's not, you know it's not, and everyone else does too.

I just found her channel and it's great. I saw her on heathers channel. The videos are great but the comments aren't as good.. People commenting on what she's wearing and making inappropriate comments about her is very annoying. I respect anyone who points out that this is completely disrespectful. But I suggest turning comments off. It's just a lot of people fighting.

With every youtuber I watch now and days, it seems as if negative comments are on the rise - more than when youtube was first around. I wish all negativity would just stop. Its because too many of our people today are behind a screen typing whatever they feel like, without being able to abide by consequences.

Dunno how I've only just come across your videos after all these years. Everything you explain in this video gets at the heart of what triggers me the most. I started watching your videos years ago and the thing that hooked me (besides content) was the sound of your voice. It was a time in my life where I was going through some seriously rough stuff and I remember turning to your channel and sometimes I would fall asleep because the sound of your voice would take me away. Its thrilling to me that you are making these type of videos. I was halfway through this one and it made me tear up cause it's both cathartic and nostalgic. Thank you for what you do.

I love everything about this. Your hair and outfit are soothing because of the colors, and watching people play with hair has always put me in a trance (probably because it reminds me of being a kid and it feels so good). Your voice is nice and I like all the deep thoughts you are contemplating about happiness and stuff. It's sort of like you are communicating telepathically since it's voice over. :)

I think you're wonderful ALB. Your ASMR Videos are just the best videos for me... your voice is so soft and calming, and I absolutely love how i get so many tingles in one video. I too love your hairbrushing videos the most, but I can never quite make it to the end, because I watch them at night to help me fall asleep (which I have improved at, thanks to you!). You have no idea how grateful I am for having someone like you. Not only do you play so well with hair, but the things you say... they're such comforting words. It's just what I need. The problem is inherent in reducing a person to JUST mere parts, or even commoditizing (without making the choice to do so.) No one said you couldn't appreciate, but often the perception isn't that you appreciate other aspects, the perception is you're all about the tits and that's it, which is dehumanizing and sadly, perception (right or wrong) is reality.

Your hair is so damn pretty! >=[ It even looks healthy, you seriously need to do an update video on how you maintain your hair and the different kinds of products you use, especially your favorite ones :3 A quick question! My hair is really long, as in reaching my butt. Problem is, my ends are breaking off every time I brush my hair due to my severe split ends. I really want to bleach my hair soon, but should I chop it all off first? If I do, it'll only go down to my collarbone ='(. Or should I just go ahead and bleach it & wear extensions over my thinning ends? I need recommendations here people!

Go for the chop as if you bleach over your split ends they will just higher up your hair and it will become more damaged. Do a fresh start.

Don't bleach damaged hair, or you will not have any hair left. It will go worse until it snaps and falls out. You should trim the ends of your hair at least once a month to promote healthy ends, it can only be a few centimeters. Extensions can be really damaging too. Slap some conditioner all over your hair, wrap your hair in a warm towel and wear that for a few hours and it should nourish your hair. Do that about once a month and it should improve your hair elasticity. Just my experience as someone who bleaches their hair white every few months :)

Try and ph shampoo. like www.sallybeauty.com/argan-neutralizing-shampoo/PROCLM34,default,pd.html . Especially if you dye your hair a lot. Ia hve one specifically for onece in a while or after colourings. Also, if your hair is that damaged try a reconstructor like www.sallybeauty.com/damaged-hair-treatment/ION25,default,pd.html and definitely www.sallybeauty.com/damage-eliminator-treatment/SBS-124421,default,pd.html . Also I'd consider what you do to your hair. How do you brush it, How do you blow dry it, style it, etc. do you use the proper tools/products(heat protectors/moisturizers? These things do matter. If you brush your hair from the top down and try and pull the knots out, and do you work from the bottom up? do you use a blowout brush to blow dry and do section by section or do you just. blow dry it all at once and damage the shit out of it? Is your blow dryer old? is your flat iron/styling tools old(they do wear out and they can get uneven heat and cause damage. It's individual to your hair type. Getting to know your hair is crucial to perfect hair(for you). ie, curly hair like a lot of moisture etc.

The guided breathing in the end was well done, and I actually felt that is was cut a bit short. I would definitely listen (couldn't keep my eyes open at the end) to such a video if you made one just purely for guided relaxation and breathing.

I want to request more like this one. Some people said they would rather have whispers, but I liked this much better. You have such a great voice quality; soft, feminine, sweet, and warm. I'd love it if you produced a few more like this with the free form speech in a soft calm voice. I listend to it with headphones last night when I want to bed and it put me into this lovely state between sleep and wake. I drifted there for a long time. my brain came back "online" just as you said "you are adored, I love you, I love you. You are my shining star."I was kind of in a trance and it felt like I was being talked to directly, I felt so warm and loved. I smiled and got a bit misty eyed before I feel asleep. I suffer from anxiety and the worst time for me is when I go to bed. My brain picks at me insistently about bills, work, worries. This helped me sooo much. Thank you, thank you. You are a beautiful human being and you are helping people more than you know!

That's one lucky guy. I'd love to have someone straighten my hair, I find it very relaxing but very tiring when I do it myself as I have very thick hair. I was visualizing all of your stories in my mind, picturing them like little Ponyo style cartoons. This video is so incredibly soothing.

I'm not sure why I find myself coming back to this this video. But I started watching it after your compilation video with Heather Feather. This video has put me to sleep ever night I've watched it. Your voice is angelic and reassuring to me. I have insomnia from combat stress. Compared to other ASMRitst, you have found to hit my spot in a odd but soothing way lol. Just found your channel thanks to Heather Feather. And subscribed! I really like the meditation style narration you do in this video. Even though I don't get tingles, I really enjoy ASMR videos.I find them soothing and they put me in a nice mood. It's also interesting how unique each channel is. I've never heard of flow. before i started to watch you i had trouble sleeping and beging awake late. When i started to watch your ASMR video i started to sleep better each night and to the end i could sleep when i laid down in the bed and closing my eyes. So thank you for helping me sleep. Now when i am watching your ASMR videos i just do it to relax and i would play Mahjong when i am listning. Mahjong helps me to calm down to so when i am watchinf your videos and playing i feel totally relaxed so thank you for doing this. One funny story when i watched this video with my laptop in te bed i feel asleep and waked up 3-4 hours later
