Less than 5% of employees getting more than 25000 Aed per month with more than 8 years of exp. 75% people are getting less then 15000 Aed. More then 35000 salary consider as a high salary for less then 10 years. I think the only product based company they get. Dubai doesn't have many products based companies. Without studyig in Dubai you never get more than 7000 aed as a fresher.

Mere experience se - 20k AED ab managers ko bhi nahi milti, job hunting difficult hai kyuki supply jyada hai and demand kam. aap linkedin per check kar sakte ho 1 job posting per 1500 se bhi zayada applications hoti hai. Work life balance totally depend karta hai company per. Aur salary negotiation ka aaj kal koi option nahi hai... Aapki jitni salary hogi usse kam ya similar hi offer hoga. aap chaho try karlo. Baaki har koi lucky nahi hota. ye jitni baatein meine likhi hai, ye sab 2019 se start hui hai.

I am currently a BackEnd Developer, my skills are NodeJs, Express, Mongodb for APIs. Ahm, I have also worked in the crypto ecosystem with Solidity for EVM. I am currently learning Go and Rust.I don't have much experience I'm only 2 years old, 3-4 years is enough to reach those salaries in the emirates I'll keep looking for more experience, but I never stop learning.
20k AED to 40k AED for 2 to 3 years experienced engineers is very rare. May be one out of 20 people could get this package. 5k to 10k AED would be the average range unless you have a Western country passport.
We have unlimited leave policy in amdocs. Doesn't make much difference to be honest. It's actually employee's loss. You can't encash your leaves or there's no concept of carry forward . Actually you're never going to take more than 30-35 days leave in an year so it's a loss basically.
Still 30-35 leaves are reasonable mostly companies worldwide with unlimited leaves exploit by making circumstances that employee shouldn't go beyond 15...in fixed term employer is bound to grant full calendar years
Unlimited leaves is one of the biggest scam. Mostly startups have these but it's frowned upon and you might not really get if you take 15 days leaves straight. Unlimited leaves definitely does not mean good WLB.

Hey Nishant, please make a video of the admission process of NSIT and DTU for the M.Tech students. There are very less resources available in internet about the admission in M.Tech of this colleges. There are some questions: 1) What is the Gate cut off marks for CS? 2)Is NSIT & DTU conduct a separate exam for the admission in M.Tech? 3)What is the online counselling procedure?
I am current M.Tech. student in DTU. Koi seperate exam nahi hota. Gate clear karo. Safe score General catagory - 550 to 600 OBC category - 460 to 550 Seperate counseling is there so keep an eye on it. Just join any of NSIT or DTU if you get. Placement wise it's one of the best in India.
