Corporate life is great untill you get a family, diabetes, insomnia, back pain, home loan , job insecurity( due to ageism in IT industry), your parent becomes reliable on you.
govt job is based on pure luck these days because every student is working hard to get a single job. But the result is 1% even who are a serious candidate can't get the govt job because the competition is tremendously high. And once after trying for 4-5 years you can't achieve your goal even clearing the mains but not the interview then you feel that you are good for nothing. Govt job is a hit or miss thing. But one who is dependent on his skill no matter what he will get a job even if his age is 80. He just need to be updated. And all people get the same technique to nail the competition. People who can't clear the exam after mains and never get a job because now their age is crossed, is the one who have no way untill they can become a sales person or if they still have money can restart the career or do suicide. Even the marks of mains is not gonna help those people.
Bhai.. pls dont divert the Creative and Great minds to this Black Hole, and delete this if possible.. I am a Software Engineer passed in 2016 was placed in the largest consulting MNC and worked for 6 months, then I quit the job for Civil Services exam. In first attempt cleared the prelims with 15 marks above cutoff but failed Mains by 15 marks to cut-off. After that till the date I am preparing for Exam couldn't crack it again.. Now I am switching back to IT industry.. Its a humble request to not encourage people to get into this Black Hole. 10 lakh people give the exam and only around 800 posts are there even those selected for IPS, IRS cant crack it again due to Luck factor and Hardness level.
The ratio of success is 0.0001% for IAS, even if you consider only 1 lakh are serious aspirants. So better get into job, earn in millions, know your strengths, talent, capacity and motive then u shall give the attempt when u r 31. Coz 32 is age limit. So either clear in one year or go back to ur job. Otherwise u will waste many years into this exam Cycles. Also the chances of clearing in last attempt r high coz its a do or die situation. Pls pls pls dont come into it without a single attempt exit plan even if u have larger motive of public service.
bro in which company you for placed and you're from which college? I am working in a 10lpa job and I'm thinking to crack rhi grade b. Is it a good idea?
The way u explained..is amazing . Each job is good at its own aspect....no comparison..live fully...do what u like...and help others...this should be the motto of life
If you are interested in Govt Sector Then Focus On Railway Exam because Railway exams are much easier than other exam .... Once you selected then prepare for Ias ips in which you are interested.....
An engineer Innovates something that can made easy our life and always provides growth in future by using newest technology. Whereas an IAS can't.. Sabke apne apne pros & cons hai...
Difference between private sector and government sector: 1. You have job security in govt. sector but not in private sector. 2. You get allowances and some perks in govt. sector but not in private sector. 3. You will get promotion with time in govt. sector but in private sector it will depend upon your performance. 4. You will be given paid leaves in govt. sector but not in private sector. 5. At the time of retirement you will be give huge amount of money (money which is deducted from your salary due to taxation and is given to you at the time of retirement which is also called social security) in govt. sector but there is no social security in private sector. 6. In govt. sector you have less working hours as compared to in private sector. In my opinion government job is better than private jobs in the long run.
According to me both are best but if u have good background and full dedication and enough timeabout the civil service then you can start prepration. But there is no guarantee to get success.it is reality 🙏🙏
Agr corruption naa ho toh ghanta sarkari naukri krega koi .. 90 % gov employees go for corruption money .. Only one thing is its secure for everyone..but in private sector u have to work hard to be secure in private sector ..
IT job is easier to get. Tough to maintain....govt job is difficult to get...bt tension free n hassle free to maintain.( excpt " badli" 😆) i m doing IT co. Developer job for last 13 yrs. Had managed to clear ibps clerical but did not accept a clerical job .possibly u need govt job as you age. If u hav dreams to go to onsite and can work hard..IT job is ur choice.
I equally respect both sectors. They are good in their own way some have pros some have cons and vice versa but at the end opinion matters so i am leaned more in govt job than private job.

As Babbar bhaiya himself said ki Civil services aur Software Engineer ka koi comparison hi nahi hai. I don't know why this video exists. It makes no sense 😅
Sahi baat ek civil servant ke district me pta nhi kitne software, mechanical, civil engineer etc hote h .. Even if a software engineer is earning in crores by working for whole year, a collector can earn a software engineer's whole years income in a single deal within hours.. Civil servants sirf naam ke servant h baki h to ye asli maalik.. Baki private sector isliye theek h kyoki itne sare bndo ko atleast job toh de rha h.. Govt to raazi h nhi exams conduct krwake vacancies bhi decrease hoti jaa rhi har saal
Day by day government jobs km hoti ja rhi h . Yha pr situation h ki 1 post ke liye 400 bachhe fight kr rhe h. Agar tum fail ho gye government job me kahi kuch nhi hua to kisi kabil nhi rh jaoge kyonki jo government job ke liye padhoge vo tumhare life me kahi kam nhi ne vala h. Better hoga ki koi skillful course krke corporate sector me chle jao vha day by day growth hi hogi. Aaj india me unemployment ka resion ye h ki logo ke pas skills nhi h.
Uncertainty is what makes people prefer gov jobs over private. Labor laws are very regressive towards workers and are further exploited by private owners in India. Fear of loosing job itself creates a lot of tension than the actual work of job. If lost , Gaining another job and that too after 45 years of age in india is hard nut to crack due to poor economy.
Few missed points. 1. Work life balance is way better in SE jobs with only 5 working days a week. Also leaves and all are easily granted and you can share some quality time with friends and family. 2. In any govt job, u are always under pressure of someone to indulge in wrong doing even if you don't want to no matter the position you are in.
Not in the pressure to indulge in wrong doing...No politician except the PM and the President can suspend an IAS officer ...And I havent heard any instance of an officer getting pressurized to indulge in wrong doing...Politicians also want votes and they need to do something for the public and that is where civil servants come in..Atleast thats what happens in Uttarakhand
Bhai paysa easy kamana hay to upsc and state pcs best hay asani se 30 40 cr a jata hay 😂 Jo log sochta hay digital hoke corruption ghat gaya hay wo log sapne me ji raha hay😂
Bro, govt job, that too civil services are far better than any CS tech, Software engineers job..Power is something else bro.. A normal govt clerk has some administrative powers as compared to any software engineer let alone Grade B, or Class I officers.. But yes, software engineers may earn too much..but their life is hectic, less family time, sarkari naukri me har banda kam hi earn krta h but ek mast zindagi jeeta ha baal bacchon k saath..
Bhai normal clerk ki powers only uski office Tak simeet rehti hai, powers pe mat jao kisi bade shopping mall pe kya aise clerk kuch kharid bhi payenge? Apne pasand ka gaadi ya phone le sakenge? Government jobs sirf sunne ko accha lagta hai, jo karta hai usey puch lo paise kitne milte hai aur kitni kanjoosi se zindagi guzarna hota hai
To be very frank this video was good but I don't think this was a deep down comparison.....why it is that in India being a civil servant is so much of a big deal....there are below reasons imo :- 1. India still being a developing nation, education reachability across the villages throughout India is still an issue....Now when we have majority of audience that lacks awareness due to which the dependency on civil servants for getting the work done is very high that's the reason for their surplus power 2. Approx. There are 1000 million youths in India, our country doesn't have supporting infrastructure to provide quality education and jobs hence the options are limited and competition is high. 3. On the other hand if you see any developed nation, each job is equally respected and people are not chasing a particular target unlike in India.... Any ways luv's conclusion was very apt, we should follow what's feasible for us and where our interest lies.....A law abiding citizen have no reason to fear anyone be it an IAS or an IPS....
Sir I like your advice and I really work on this. And I really feel motivate. And I decide to go first software field and then you prepare for civil service. I really life love advice and I like he is motivational advice. And love Babber is my mentor.
healthy conversation and the points you are addresing are really comes to everyones mind about civil services or IT and thanks for sharing you thoughts. will really consider this.
Basically it is dependent thing Whatsoever our interest we should focus on that . Like if we want to do something in the field of society we should prefer civil services or if we want to work in the field of software engineering we should focus on that.
No , it's not true , abhi lockdown chal rha hai to work from home Verna company me jake hi work kerna pdta hai mostly , aur agar kabhi na jao compay to salary deduction hota hai
@@priyanshi1929 par work from home option to milta he hai covid k baad ab companies ko bhi faida dikh raha hai kyunki unka bhi office ka cost bach rha hai. Haa nye logo ko office jana padta hai kaam smjne k liye baad me unhe bhi wfh mil jata hai.

Corporate life brings anxiety, depression and non-stability. I was a software engineer and then i left being working in accenture for 2 years. I have explored, prepared for SSC-CGL cleared it became ASO and Viola!! Life is so stress free and balanced as compared to Corporate life. Next year, i will prepare for UPSC CSE & i know i am gonna crack the exam. Basically, if you were being dragged to became a software engineer because of fake hype & now realising even before getting into a job that you don't like this domain, don't waste time. Its matter of life. Prepare for government exam & crack it.

Sorry to say but you have left THE SECTOR of the century and prolly making a mistake. I have myself cleared Government exams and worked as STI and even run a couple of businesses but let me tell if you can code the potential to earn and be prosperous is unmatched except business. I have been able to move from Govt to IT and now looking for an MS abroad to settle there once and for all. Also UPSC cse is big gamble is ur from gen category I had given 3 attempts and 1 failed interview so I'm speaking from my experience. Rest is your choice but like I said leaving a sector that potentially can make one millions and is going to be like oil of the last century, for a dead colonial clerical job which has lost its glory unless ur from BIMARU states/believe in corruption/power hungry/Live off taxpayer money could be a huge blunder.
@@missionpehlapageair1holypdf You can't compare the facilities which an UPSC recruited IAS/IPS/IRS/IFS gets. If you compare the CTC including these then they will beat corporate people. Also respect in Indian society is quite an important thing among neighbours and relatives and it's the universal truth that corporate people don't get respect in Indian society at least in Northern part of India.
Most awaited video. Really liked it. I am confused from 3-5 months. Thx for this video. FAANG job gives opportunities to work in better cities abroad than india like London Paris New York etc while even IFS have to serve in underdeveloped countries for most part of their career
@@sr-xd8jb but you see today how many people are working in product based companies in India they would be in thousands and do you think everyone will go abroad. Going abroad has a very rare chance as in past years visa instructions have tightened up and probably only 1/100 will get a foreign offer in his whole career No job can match IFS or IAS or IPS. If you find add the money for the perks and facilities their package will be more than Faang plus they have job security and they work till 60 atleast while sde work till 45 max
I don't have any intention to offend anyone but yes, you can't compare software engineers and civil servants. For an instance, we can say software engineers earn more than civil servant but the type of lifestyle civil servants are offered from government It will be difficult to manage by a software engineer or you can say you will end up with very fewer savings if you will try to afford it explicitly.
Civil servants work in ministries while software engineers work in FAANG at London Paris New York Tokyo etc far better places than shithole reserved class India
