Software Engineering is a progressive and constantly changing and a rapidly evolving industry, promising a wide range of opportunities. So it was revised to apply that technology in the courses and make them more relevant. Most modern businesses and industry need people with general skills and knowledge to support information technology activities in the workplace.
South Asian countries like India, Srilanka have focused on the subjects like: Security, Hardware, GIS, Multimedia etc. and formed the skill- oriented curriculum but it seems impossible in Nepal because of higher education craze. Revision has been done creating a balance between the academic and vocational aspect.
Duration:
The total duration of this curricular program is Four years. Each year consists of two semesters of six months each. And total are 8 semester in Four Years.
Target group:
The target group for this programme will be all interested Students who have passed the entrance exam conducted by the PU.
Target location:
The target location will be all over Nepal.
