@@muhammadhuzaifajamilhow is it going at NED? Is it on par academically with FAST? I am a prospective student planning to join this year, but one of my major concerns is that it is a fully government-run university. Don't take me wrong; it's a big plus from an economical point of view. However, from an academic standpoint, it is concerning because the way these institutions work, many teachers are hired through sifarish and have little to no interest in teaching. My view has also been exacerbated by my personal experience with the so-called number one government college in Karachi (Adamjee). It was no more than a nightmare because of teachers excessive egos and students being motivated solely by marks. All this might not be true, as these are only my speculations. What's your say on all this?

They teach Business and Entrepreneurship Courses with Changed Names for CS.... Same Goes for LUMS... !! For Karachi... FAST, NED, KU, Habib (If you can afford it) are First Tier Choices... IBA, Sir Syed, UIT, Dawood can be Second Tier Choices... Iqra, Hamdard, Preston and Others should be the last options.
