When the Sandcastle first opened I remember a couple of stories in the Gazette about it having to be evacuated due to chlorine gas or something on those lines. It might not have been the weather as to why it was quiet yesterday as it was also Mother’s Day.
That is a mis-use of the word 'Soggy'; which is used to describe food; or a soft surface that has absorbed water; whereas Blackpool is predominantly concrete and bricks which are not edible.@@AWalkontheWildSideBlackpool

I actually got a new motability car recently, and the I drove it to Blackpool today. My first visit in over 18 years. I finally made it! Am glad I missed the rain, but by golly, it was cold. I parked up and got an all-day tram ticket as I can't walk very far. -Edit: but is spelled with a t not a y, my stupid phones autocorrect.
It's a bit early in the season for people to come to Blackpool Stephen, the weather and the fact that the 10th is Mothers Day won't help either. Hiya Stephen, I'm just new to your channel, I've enjoyed it very much, I haven't been to Blackpool since the first Pandemic, I went to see Blackpool play Wycombe Wanderers, I think it ended in a 3-3 draw, a Wycombe Wanderers player scored directly off a corner, I was going to watch Newcastle United V Manchester City, I didn't bother thinking it was going to a cricket score, but Newcastle won 2-1, this is Choppy in Whitehaven, Cumbria, England
It was dry when we left to go home around 10.30 from having great weekend We stayed in Runway Guest House. The weather can change really fast by the sea. Great video as usual 👍
Great vlog again stephen I watched theme park world wide video too and yes disgusting charging people to get in and half the rides where closed but then again I think it’s bad charging people just to walk round
Never 2 early 4 blackpool lol . Stayed over for 3 nights end of Feb at the ruskin and going back 24th March for another 3 nights. Never gets boring 4 us 😊
I'll be at the PB in June. As far as I'm aware, the Iceblast isn't going anywhere. it's just ongoing mantainace. Those shoot/drop towers are a bugger to fix & that one is getting on a bit. To keep the Big One moving, it will be running half sandbags & half people💪🎢
The Blackpool sea ? Isn't that the Irish sea ? We had our honeymoon in blackpool back in 1995 , next year will be 30 years ago. I think the big one was only a year old then and i went on it.

Smart people will just pay 13 pounds and not 12 pounds for one year only might i add as it will go up again next year, you get a exra 6 hours for 1 pound 18 hours in tol car parking is easy money for the rob dogs who waste our money then cry about it but thats a other story. Would love to go to pleasure beach like the old days but won't pay over 30£ to go in we only go on river caves and steam train come on owners let us oldies in to have a walk round

Stephen I can clear the ice blast is going lie up right now. Ice blast isn’t going it’s waiting for some parts. Grand prix has shut as there is a new attraction on the way.
It's not a flippin resort....it is a place in B'Pool where they have rides....nothing like Alton Towers...get real ..it's just a place south shore that was great once , when you could walk around. Don't give it a time of day .......full price even if you are not riding and are grandparents. Check out the prices ..chuffin ridiulous
