Just remember every pound or dollar we spend cast a vote for this or for chemicals and destruction of our land and inevitably ourselves...live accordingly. Once 51% of us get to a point where we are making conscious decisions the rest of the world will follow. That means that all of our choices matter, maybe we are so close and just almost there, maybe my or your choices today will tip the scale. Watch the documentary "I Am" that explains how that works, referring to the 51% thing.
Wonderful to see children growing up learning all this. There is some of this going on in Spain, as you know, more and more people realizing that this kind of thoughtful, regenerative approach creates better, nutrient dense food. Supermarket food has no flavor but more importantly, little nutritional value, people are seeking out properly grown stuff, or growing it themselves. Mulberry leaves 24% protein, News to me, I’ll plant some more varieties, thank you for that and your inspiring films 🙏💚👏
We live in the city and it was an eye opener how well developed these kids are in every sense. We made various videos also in Spain. I can share links if you want
@@STORYTRAVELERS i’ve seen your Spanish film, also fantastic. It’s harder in Spain, people are naturally more conservative, stuck in their ways, if only they realised they are stuck in the recent past, not the ancestral way, perhaps there would be more of a shift. Fact is the Mar Menor is toxic, and Almeria and other industrial scale agricultural centres are just pumping out toxic crops to make short term money. It’s shameful the government allows this mafia , but as with everywhere, there are no governments or countries just facilitators and big business, and we allow it because most of us are too tired or too sick. Films like yours make a difference 🙏
@@monicacruz4407 yes I hear you, unfortunatley our system is addicted to petrochemical inputs, a vicious circle spriralling down. In the political debate you hear close to nothing about regenerative practices of agriculture. It's still merely capital driven while capital eventually is virtual, the real capital is soil :)
Great job Matteo and Paola, you are the hope, the seeds to grow for saving our land, our soil. I do hope to visit you soon, I live close to Iseo lake. This year I started to grow vegetable in my little vegetable garden using permacultura and synergical principles. I do hope you all the best and lot of farmers to follow your way of living and taking care of the soil. 👍👍👍👍
So inspirational, this videos should have millions of views! It provides the key concepts to stop desertification expansion and save water for the upcoming droughts. You should definitely make a TED Talk, so we can thrive together in a more sustainable way.
Hello from South Africa. My goodness I enjoyed this series. Watched all of 3 back to back and I'm left breathless and in awe of this family and their farm.
Really lovely. I love the way they are trying things out to mimic nature. So exciting. But what an incredibly beautiful place to live. Those children are so lucky to have that life.
Thank you for spreading the idea of regenerative, permaculture, biodynamic form of farming. Conventional ag is not sustainable! We too own and operate a farm. We are permaculture based and it warms my heart to see videos like this. Gives me hope instead of being an oddity. Input $$ from this style of farming is significantly reduced because we don't buy industrially made fertilizer such as anhydrous ammonia, rock phosphate, herbicides, fungicide, insecticide etc.
Such a beautiful productive and serene location for this wonderful farm and homestead. The lake in the background is stunning, what lake is that and do you have access to it (for fishing and whatever)??
