I met my first karate instructor in Miami FLORIDA in 1974.He was from New York and every time we would slack off he would always tell us the training was mild compared to what he did in New York.He irritated it so many times that I made it a point at sometime in my life to travel to New York to check out the martial arts Sean out there.As faith would have it two years later my aunt wanted to visit family members in New York and invited me to go along.The first thing I told them when I got there was to take me to all the martial arts school my instructor told me about.To say I was totally blown away by what I saw and experience is a understatement those guys up there was on a total different level from everyone one in the country.

I use to study at that dojo in the school basement in the early 90;s and I remember some in the photo, Such as GM Shabazz and the young Lady Lisa 4th from the top right, I know that soke moved to Florida, but where is GM Shabazz now? dose anyone know?.
